If you need to exercise any of the rights indicated in our Privacy Policy, please contact Tokn1 at support@tokn1.com.

We remind you that, due to legal provisions, Tokn1 must keep your information in its database, but Tokn1 will do its best to keep such information in anonymized or pseudonymized form to avoid easy identification of the User.

The information on transactions, operations, movements, and all other essential information of the User will remain in the possession of Tokn1 for the time necessary to comply with its legal obligations, which, according to the applicable legislation of El Salvador, is 15 years. For more information about the retention period of your personal data, the User may visit the Tokn1 Privacy Policy.

Likewise, the User may delete their Tokn1 account. As with exercising your data privacy rights, the information will go through a process by which the user’s information will be anonymized or pseudonymized to avoid easy identification. Here you can find the process to delete your Tokn1 account:

  • You must send a written request to support@tokn1.com, requesting the cancellation and deletion of your account. In this case, you must verify your identity through ID and proof of life. Tokn1 will proceed to unsubscribe and delete the data corresponding to the User’s account that requires it; however, certain information cannot be deleted (as indicated above) to comply with legal provisions and possible information requirements by part of the competent authority.
  • You may also delete your account using the “Delete Account” button within the Platform, through which the data corresponding to the account of the User who requires it will be deregistered and deleted; however, certain information may not be deleted (as indicated above) to comply with legal provisions and possible information requirements by the competent authority.
